A Seasonal Invitation
Wild & Rooted - Autumn 2026 Connection Box
Inspired by nature's wisdom · Experience through the senses · Opening to deeper connections
The items in this box are specifically designed to embrace the natural rhythm of the world, by the changing of the seasons. We'll explore the autumn themes of harvesting, reflection, and integration through different invitations that take us through the senses, encourage connection with ourselves and others, and promote a sense of well-being, clarity, and peace. Welcome to the Wild & Rooted community, and our first seasonal connection box.
First day of fall, September 21st — the day the boxes are ready to be ordered and scheduled for pickup.
Sneak peek of SOME of the items you will be receiving. Some items will remain a surprise!
This box isn't really about the objects — it's about what they invite you to do. Each piece is paired with a guided prompt or ritual, meant to help you notice the season changing and deepen your connection to yourself and the people around you. A few things will stay a surprise, but here's a feel for what's inside, through the five senses:
Sight
- A personalized journal with prompts to help you notice and name what this season is stirring up
- Therapist-developed cards with reflections, meditations, and activities to guide you or someone you love toward deeper connection
- A Float 42 gift card, an invitation to unplug and rest in stillness
- Miniature natural pieces — stones, figures, found treasures — to arrange into a small visual marker of where you are in this season
Taste
- A loaded tea blend from Southern Porchlight Mercantile here in Jackson, meant to be brewed slowly, as its own small ritual
- Honey sticks and a warm tea packet, for a moment of quiet before or after you settle in with the box
Smell
- Autumn scents woven through the packaging itself, so the box announces the season before you even open it
- A candle infused with organic autumn essential oils, to light while you work through the invitations inside
Touch
- A wooden tree-ring slice, a grounding reminder of growth and seasons passing
- Small tactile pieces throughout the box meant to be held, turned over, and returned to during moments of reflection
Sound
- A seasonal soundscape, accessible by QR code, to hold the mood while you move through the invitations in your box
