Meet Amy Rowland, LPC
Rebuild trust in yourself.
Amy works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who want to feel more grounded, connected, and capable. Her approach includes the mind, body, and nervous system, blending therapy with breathwork and meditation so you learn to steady yourself and make choices with confidence. The aim is to strengthen your own inner wisdom so you rely on her less over time, while still having a trusted place to check in.
Understanding your inner system
Amy’s work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a respected, compassionate approach that sees each person as having many parts, each with a role and a good reason for how it behaves. Together, you map your inner system, understand what each part is protecting you from, and strengthen the steady, wise center within you. The result is greater capacity to handle life’s challenges and a kinder relationship with yourself. For children, Amy adapts this work through play. In couples and families, it helps people understand their own reactions and respond to each other with more patience.
Adults and couples: Support with anxiety, decision-making, boundaries, relationships, and finding direction.
Children and teens: Play-based and age-appropriate work that builds self-trust and emotional steadiness, in close partnership with parents.
Families: Help for parents and caregivers, including navigating school challenges, drawing on 21 years in education.
